Rappenlochschlucht (gorge) – Lake Staufensee – Alplochschlucht (gorge)
From Gütle, the entrance to the Rappenlochschlucht is reached in 10 minutes. The gorge is one of the largest in central Europe. Since the rockfall in May 2011, the old path is no longer passable. A new route leads along the edge of the Rappenlochschlucht, breathtaking views into the gorge and onto the rockfall guaranteed. At the end of the gorge is the lake Staufensee, which can be walked around. The path through the Alplochschlucht behind the lake leads directly to the Ebitner Straße. From there, a bus takes you back to Gütle.
