Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Children aged 15 years and under are not allowed in the fitness centre or the spa area. Children under 15 years are allowed to visit the pools with an adult. Children of all ages are allowed in the pool area. If the child is still in diapers, it is mandatory to for the child to wear a swimming diaper.
