The holiday apartment for non-smokers is sized around 40 square metres and is located on the raised ground floor; it is comfortably furnished and has been awarded ‘3 Edelweiss’ as a mark of quality.
It presents separate living and sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with tub and shower option. Towels and bed linen are included.
A roofed, shady vine arbour is located on the west side with a comfortable seating area where it’s also possible to smoke. Guests may sunbathe and relax using the provided sun loungers on the small wooden south-facing patio that’s sheltered from the wind.
There's an adjacent pond that’s around 1.3 metres deep and that isn’t very well protected. ATTENTION: That’s why – in the interests of safety – children accompanying our guests must be able to swim!
Parking is available at or near the house. It’s possible to rent bicycles from the landlord for a small charge. The apartment is to be found in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bregenz near the ‘Bregenzer Ach’ nature park. A path behind the house takes walkers to Lake Constance and the beach in around 15 minutes.
Good amenities – grocery stores, inn / restaurant, bus stop, pharmacy – are also within easy walking distance
