The Fanni Amann Days in the Dreiklang municipalities of Düns, Dünserberg and Schnifis pay tribute to the hosting culture and culinary artistry of Fanni and Mali Amann, who set new standards with their outstanding hospitality and exceptional cuisine at the “Schnifner Bädle” on Lake Fallersee. During Lent, chefs from the region cook under the motto “Fanni Amann. Served Up” preparing traditional recipes from the cookbook "Meine Küche" while also adding new culinary highlights. Every two years, the programme is enriched with additional events and thematic focuses that reflect the ideas and concerns that inspired Fanni and Mali Amann more than a century ago. The Fanni Amann Days invite people to gather in the inns, bars and cafés of the region to engage in conversation, dance, marvel and share moments of joy.
