Spuds (taters, tatos) is the English version of Grumpra, Gundpira, Grunpiera. A colloquial expression for the humble potato. In England, jacket potatoes are everywhere.
“Jacket spuds” are so wonderful, they defy imagination! In Austria, the “jacket spud” is often served only as a side dish, but at Spuds, we say: NOT HERE!
