The roots of the Vetterhof go back around 300 years. The family-run organic-farming business has always stood for sustainable freshness and quality as well as innovative ideas which do not only flow into the versatile cultivation of vegetables and extensive farming of livestock but also into a variety of top-end products. Products that range from finely pickled vegetables and herb salt, vinegar, beef and pork delicacies to high-proof spirits. The shelves are also stocked with gin made exclusively from local ingredients in addition to the vodka made from the farm’s own early potatoes and MinzMinz made with fresh lemon balm and peppermint. The home-grown organic GINger and wild juniper from alpine meadows along with other aromatic botanicals round off the complex, varied aromatic gin-glass experimentations.
