'Wias d’Oma gmacht hot’ – like Grandma made it – is not only the highest of compliments but also the aspiration at Gasthaus Schwanen. So it’s only common sense that the cooks there use as many products from the region as possible: fish from Lake Constance and vegetables from local farmers – all cooked to grandma’s recipes.
