Gasthaus Goldener Hirschen

The Goldener Hirschen is one of the most traditional inns in Bregenz. The history of the listed building can be traced back down through the ages. The inn is famous for its Austrian home cooking where its rustic lounge is the place to enjoy such classics as original Vorarlberg Käsknöpfle and Wiener Schnitzel. Hirschen Gourmet Restaurant Ferdinand, where dinner is served in an elevated setting and where the legendary Hirschen beer that dates back to the 19th century may be enjoyed in the beer bar next door, is also located on the first floor. But those preferring to go ‘uf a Achterl’ (for an eighth of wine) will enjoy bringing the evening to a close in Weinstube Kinz, which is just a few metres from the inn.
