Moritz Bio-Restaurant is the first organic restaurant in the Vorarlberg Rhine Valley. All dishes are prepared exclusively from organic ingredients. Ideally, these are regional/seasonal and sourced from Austrian farms and the neighboring Lake Constance region.

Moritz is committed to animal welfare, climate protection, soil health, regionality, good taste, well-being, and a good gut feeling, and has therefore decided to offer only certified organic products.

Guests are welcome at Moritz and can expect fresh produce from regional organic farmers, prepared with finesse, whether in our restaurant or in the beautiful outdoor dining area, whether with organic meat, vegetarian or vegan, whether for lunch, dinner, or simply for a glass of wine.
