• Until 1 month before arrival cancellation is free of charge.  For cancellations after 4 weeks prior to arrival the first night must be paid in full.
• The contract is concluded between you and the accommodation establishment.
• Place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
• Furthermore, the Austrian hotel contract terms are applicable.

Insolvency protection under the terms of the Reisebürosicherungsverordnung — RSV (Austrian travel agent security decree)

We the Bodensee-Vorarlberg Tourism Board are insured in case of insolvency for all travellers for the tours organised by us according to the terms of the Austrian Reisebürosicherungsverordnung — RSV by bank guarantee with the Vorarlberger Landes- und Hypothekenbank AG, Hypopassage 1, 6900  Bregenz, date of guarantee 05.02.2009.

This applies to a) payments made for travel services which were no longer provided and for b) essential expenditure for the return journey.

The organiser accepts customer’s money as a deposit/payment in advance of up to 20% of the total price of the trip 11 months before the agreed end of the trip at the earliest. The balance is due step by step 14 days before the start of the trip at the earliest in exchange for the travel documents.

This increased cover (Paragraph 4, Sect. 4 RSV) is guaranteed by the above-mentioned bank guarantee. In the event of insolvency, all claims where there is any other loss of entitlement must be registered with the liquidator Mondial Assistance GmbH ELVIA Reiseversicherungs AG, Pottendorfer Straße 25-27, 1120 Vienna, telephone +43 1 52503 250, fax +43 1 52503 888 within 8 weeks of the occurrence of the insolvency.
